David trained at the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts. He also trained in writing at the Everyman Theatre, Liverpool. David is Chief Executive Officer of Selladoor Worldwide, formerly  Sell A Door Theatre Company, and international associate of Brooklyn Youth Company in New York.
