Maddy has been a permanent member of the team since April of last year, recently stepping up into the role of General Manager on Jersey Boys and The Producers (International Tours) and Flashdance (UK Tour). Prior to joining the office staff, Maddy has been affiliated with Selladoor since 2011. Starting as Assistant Director, she has since choreographed, stage managed and directed for the company, alongside running their Edinburgh space Momentum venues in 2015.

Alongside her work with Selladoor, Maddy is an Associate Director for Action To The Word Theatre Co. past credits include Dracula (Arts Theatre, Edinburgh, Latitude) and A Clockwork Orange (World tour, Soho Theatre) and she continues to develop her own projects. Maddy studied at Durham University.
