Associate Producer

Libby Brodie is a theatre producer who, after over a decade of West-End, UK and international touring experience, founded Libby Brodie Productions in 2016 with the aim of making unique and unknown productions more accessible to audiences, to develop new writing and to bring together exciting emerging talent with established industry professionals.

LBP is currently Associate Producer on Dreamworks brand new musical Madagascar (UK Tour) and producing the immersive international event Orwell’s Down and Out Live in London (Stone Nest) and Paris.

Previous productions include the European premiere of Waiting For Waiting For Godot (St James Theatre), Little Shop of Horrors (UK Tour), the world premiere of Run The Beast Down (Marlowe Theatre, Finborough Theatre), the UK’s first ever live-reading of Orwell’s Nineteen Eighty-Four (Senate House), Permanence (Tarragon Theatre, Toronto), the European premiere of Dream of the Dog (Finborough Theatre, Trafalgar Studios) and the original Theatre Uncut, which Libby co-founded in 2011, producing its first flagship shows (Southwark Playhouse, Soho Theatre, Latitude Festival).

As Associate Producer at Adam Spiegel Productions Libby Brodie worked on Love Story (Duchess Theatre); two-time Olivier award winner Crazy For You (Novello Theatre); The record-breaking 60th Anniversary tour of Agatha Christie’s The Mousetrap (UK Tour); Midnight Tango (Aldwych Theatre, Phoenix Theatre, UK Tour), Dance ‘Til Dawn (Aldwych Theatre, UK Tour) The Last Tango (UK Tour); The Producers (UK tour); To Kill A Mockingbird (UK tour, Barbican) and Love Me Tender (UK tour).
