COMPANY MANAGER - The Paddington Bear Experience

Seeking a Company Manager to oversee 60+ performers. The role includes coordinating working hours, schedules and cover/swings, solving live operational challenges while maintaining efficiency and artistic quality, and leading a cohesive, motivated team by fostering a positive, inclusive work environment.
