DEPUTY COMPANY MANAGER

The Company Management team supports the smooth running of Monopoly Lifesized games, working with FoH and managing the pastoral care of a cast of around 40. Work alongside the Company Manager one day per week and cover their days off, overseeing daily cast communications, schedules and timesheets, staff management, welfare, performance, motivation and discipline, escalating issues to the CM or GM as appropriate.

• Contract: ASAP to 03 Jan 2027; self-employed fixed term, including holiday pay and SSP.

• Hours: 18 hrs / 3 days p/w.

• Rate: £330 p/w, £18.33 per hour.

TECHNICAL ASSISTANT STAGE MANAGER

Monopoly Lifesized

Responsible for daily power-up/down and rig checks across all four boards, using QLAB and COGS to operate and reset manual and digital games. Ensure Performer tablets are available and functional, resolve and report technical issues, and undertake basic carpentry and maintenance. Provide excellent customer service, support Performers in potentially conflicting situations, and escalate where required.

• Contract: ASAP to 03 Jan 2027; self-employed fixed term, including holiday pay and SSP.

• Hours: to be confirmed - 18hrs/3d or 30hrs/5d.

• Rate: £15.00 per hour.

TECHNICAL ASSISTANT STAGE MANAGER

The Paddington Bear Experience

Technical Assistant Stage Managers support the technical operation of the experience, including resetting props and gameplay, show control, emergency response, audience monitoring, and daily powering up/down. They ensure the experience runs smoothly and safely under tight time pressure.

• Contract: ASAP to 14 March 2027, self-employed fixed term (including holiday pay and SSP).

• Hours: Various - 16h/2d, 32h/4d, 40h/5d on a weekly rota (Mon-Sun).

• Rate: £14.80 per hour.
