SHOW TECHNICAL & PRODUCTION MANAGER
The Paddington Bear Experience
The Show Technical & Production Manager oversees the show’s technical operations, including resetting, troubleshooting and maintaining set, lighting, video, sound and bespoke show software. They liaise with suppliers, set builders and creatives, and lead short- and long-term maintenance and repair projects. As the show’s technical first responder, they address technical failures, audience and performer emergencies. They are also the main point of contact for DST welfare, scheduling, absence and payroll, while providing technical support to DSTs and TASMs.
